What Does That Mean?

Entrepreneurship is a craft. That means that you (yes YOU) can learn how to do it, and how to do it well. How do I know that? I’ve been doing this for a very long time. I’ve met lots of really cool people, and seen lots of leadership and business coaching styles. Over the last 17 years I’ve worked with lots of small businesses. I originally started out offering to help people with all of their bookkeeping and their tax assistance. But what I really love, more than anything, is business coaching.

Business Is Personal

Have you ever heard someone say the phrase “it’s not personal, it’s business?” Those people are wrong. Business IS personal, especially for an entrepreneur. Your business directly connects to every aspect of your life. A lot of us refer to our businesses as our “babies.” That’s why I studied life coaching as well as business coaching.

Why Coaching?

People get coaches and consultants confused. A consultant comes in and gives you a bunch of tools and techniques to improve your business. They can be really cool. What a coach does is show you how to develop resources from yourself. My goal as a coach is to give you that “a-ha!” moment with any challenge you might face as an entrepreneur.

One-On-One Coaching

My preference is one-on-one coaching. Why? After all, there is better money in group coaching. But just like you, my business is personal. And when you work one-on-one with an entrepreneur, you see more of a transformative experience. I find that really  cool. There’s something so rewarding about getting to help an entrepreneur bring their business to life.
